About Kentucky Johnson

What We Are ABOUT!

Some stories are too true to be real. Some songs carry the weight of lives lived hard, of struggles fought and won—or lost. The Ballad of Kentucky Johnson™ is one of those stories.

Though the names, faces, and places may be fiction, the battles they fight are real. The Johnson family’s story is built on the backs of real people—single mothers working double shifts, fathers carrying wounds from wars they never talk about, boys trying to find their way without losing themselves, and the debts—financial, moral, and spiritual—that never seem to let go.

Kentucky Johnson™ may be a character, but her music is real. These are songs born from the same dirt, sweat, and heartbreak that shaped the story itself. Her words carry the weight of hard-won lessons, of love and loss, of holding the line when the world is trying to take everything from you.

In 2026, The Ballad of Kentucky Johnson™—the novel and the full album—will be released together, allowing readers and listeners to experience the story in every dimension. And this is just the beginning. The agent, Bobby Farrell, is already working to bring this story to life on screen. A screenplay is in development, with the hope that what started as a book and an album will become a film that does justice to the raw truth of the Johnson family’s journey.

So, whether you’re reading the words, hearing the music, or watching the story unfold, one thing is certain—this tale, though fiction, holds a truth that runs deeper than names on a page.

And just like the Johnson family, we’re only getting started.

Where we are going

Kentucky Johnson™ may be a character, but her music is real. These are songs born from the same dirt, sweat, and heartbreak that shaped the story itself. Her words carry the weight of hard-won lessons, of love and loss, of holding the line when the world is trying to take everything from you.

Fictional Story. Real Struggles. True Music.

This is more than a book. It’s a universe born in the holler—forged in blood, baptisms, and backroads. At its heart: a woman who stays, a man who fights, a dog who saves, and a family clawing their way toward redemption.

⚡ What The Ballad Is:

  • A Southern Gothic spiritual thriller wrapped in Appalachian folklore.
  •  A story where faith bleeds, evil breathes, and redemption costs everything.
  • A mythic confrontation between personal pain, generational trauma, and ancient supernatural power.

👊 What You’re Really Getting:

  • Espionage, false fire, and Nephilim spirits.
  • Deep theology woven into raw, lived experience.
  • Corrupt pastors, crooked lodges, and sacred groves dripping in blood.
  • A town fighting to be free from systems designed to keep it shackled.
  • And through it all—the sound of an old hymn turning into a battle cry.

🔥 What We’re Asking:

  • What does it mean to be human in a world trying to automate the soul?
  • What does ownership mean when everything’s been sold to secret systems?
  • What happens when true redemption collides with real evil—cosmic, generational, and corrupt?

Fictional Story - With a Bridge to The Real World!

Fictional Story. Real Struggles. True Music.

Welcome to the world of The Ballad of Kentucky Johnson™

—a novel, an album, and a movement.

Kentucky Johnson is a fictional character, but her story is drawn from real struggles, real places, and real battles. She’s the voice of a forgotten America—the blue-collar folks, the fighters, the faithful, the ones who keep pushing forward no matter what.

This project isn’t just a book. It’s a literary and musical experience:

🎶 12 Country Songs – Songs straight from Kentucky’s soul, telling the raw, unvarnished truth of life, loss, and love.
🎶 12 Spiritual Songs – A second album filled with hard-fought faith, prayers in the dark, and gospel fire.
📖 The Novel – A story of survival, redemption, fatherhood, and a woman who refuses to be silenced.
🎥 The Future – A screenplay, a film, and beyond, I mean WAY beyond! I am the agent and I am already working on it.

Set in 1998, but told from 2025, this novel isn’t just about the past—it’s about how the echoes of yesterday shape the fights of today.

Kentucky’s music is real. Her words will be heard. And come Easter 2026, when the book and album are released, the world will know her name.

You in?

Oh and there's more! You will be surprised as to where we are going. The Ballad of Kentucky Johnson  is

Narrative Fusion Done Right

A Southern Gothic spiritual thriller wrapped in Appalachian folklore.

With high-stakes espionage, ancient supernatural forces, and

deep theological undertones, all while anchored  in intimate family drama and raw, lived faith. It’s The X-Files meets True Detective meets The Shack meets Hillbilly Elegy, then rewritten by Cormac McCarthy and edited by Charles Spurgeon. You will love it!
